- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the sauerkraut and ensure it's well-drained to avoid sogginess.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread Thousand Island dressing on both cut sides.
- Layer pastrami or roast beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top halves back on and brush with the topping mixture.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into portions and serve warm.
