Method
 

Frosting Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together 8 ounces of softened full-fat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup of salted caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until fully combined into a silky consistency.
  3. Gradually sift in 2 cups of powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed. After each addition, ensure the sugar is fully integrated before adding more. Increase speed to medium-high and beat for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
  4. For a firmer consistency, chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  5. Your frosty treat is ready to be used! Enjoy on cakes, cupcakes or warm cinnamon rolls.
