- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix brownie mix, eggs, and oil/butter. Pour into greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix cooled toasted coconut with caramel topping. Warm caramel if necessary to mix well.
- Spread coconut-caramel mixture over cooled brownies.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the topping.
- Chill brownies for at least 30 minutes, cut into squares, and serve.
