  • 1-2 large Eggs Depends on the mix.
  • 1/3 cup Oil or Butter Use oil for moisture or melted butter for flavor.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Sweetened and toasted.
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping Microwave if too thick.
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips For drizzling on top.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix brownie mix, eggs, and oil/butter. Pour into greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix cooled toasted coconut with caramel topping. Warm caramel if necessary to mix well.
  4. Spread coconut-caramel mixture over cooled brownies.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the topping.
  6. Chill brownies for at least 30 minutes, cut into squares, and serve.
