Preparation Steps

  3. Mix extra-virgin olive oil, Italian seasonings, kosher salt, and garlic powder; brush onto the dough edges.
  4. Combine ricotta cheese, remaining Italian seasonings, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Spread ricotta mixture over the dough, top with mozzarella, spinach, red onions, and Parmesan.
  6. Bake the pizza for 12-13 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
