Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, green onions, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Layer half of the turkey in the baking dish, followed by half of the diced English muffins. Press down each layer.
  4. Pour the whisked egg mixture evenly over the layered turkey and muffins, ensuring they soak.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove plastic wrap and sprinkle ground paprika on top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until set.
  8. Prepare the Hollandaise sauce by whisking the sauce mix with milk and melted butter until thickened.
  9. Slice the casserole, drizzle warm Hollandaise sauce over each piece, and serve.
