Method
 

Preparation

  3. Slice the bell peppers in halves or quarters lengthwise and arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
  6. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
