  • 2 large Bell Peppers any color, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese sliced
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a 9x13 baking dish. Lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell peppers, sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Break the ground beef into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-8 minutes until no pink remains. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to the baking dish, layer with provolone cheese, followed by mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden on top.
  7. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
