  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Add olive oil, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the dish cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
