Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, a beaten egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until they form a cohesive mixture.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each scoop to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, looking for golden brown edges and a dry top.
  5. Once baked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crisps cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a serving dish.
