- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, a beaten egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until they form a cohesive mixture.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each scoop to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, looking for golden brown edges and a dry top.
