Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground mustard, salt, and black pepper, blending until mostly smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, sliced pimentos, and chopped green onion using a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
