- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line and grease your square tube pan.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar on medium speed for 6 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add cream cheese to the mixture and mix until fully combined, scraping down sides as necessary.
- Mix in flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract on low speed until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until all eggs are blended.
- Pour in boiled apple cider and mix briefly until incorporated.
- Gradually add remaining flour in two portions, mixing until just combined.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
