Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the cooked chicken.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Crush the Ritz crackers into coarse crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the chicken filling.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
