Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Sauté onion and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix in the spices and allow them to bloom for 30 seconds.
  5. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce, mix until combined.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve.
