For the Cheesy Toast
  • 4 slices Bread Toast thoroughly before adding cheese.
  • 1 cup Cheese for Topping Sprinkle on top of the bread.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Step 1: In a large pot, over medium heat, add diced bacon. Cook for about 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden. Remove from pot and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In the same pot with residual bacon drippings, add ground beef. Cook for approximately 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low, pour in almond/oat milk, add cheese, vinegar, and seasonings. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Mix cornstarch with a splash of water until smooth. Pour into soup while stirring. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Preheat broiler. Toast bread on a baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then add cheese and broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Ladle soup into bowls and serve with cheesy toast.
