Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the pan to create an even crust.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon, tossing gently.
  6. Spread the peach filling evenly over the crust.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the peach filling, leaving some gaps.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
