Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of uncooked peeled and deveined shrimp, sauté for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque, then set aside.
  3. Lower heat to medium, add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, and melt.
  4. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in ½ cup of white cooking wine and lemon juice, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced by half.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet, add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with grated Parmesan, and serve immediately.
