Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the English cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick rounds, sprinkle with salt, and let drain for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Combine drained cucumber slices, diced crab, and cubed avocado in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with additional sesame seeds before serving.
