Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and prepare for roasting.
  3. Roast the wrapped garlic for 30-35 minutes until soft and lightly golden.
  4. Combine goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and olive oil in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Squeeze roasted garlic into the cheese mixture and mix well.
  6. Add thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine flavors.
  7. Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend until smooth and creamy.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with thyme or olive oil.
