- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flake the fresh salmon into small pieces in a large bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, chopped herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the salmon, and mix until well combined.
- Wet your hands and roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Arrange the salmon balls on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- In a blender, combine avocados, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce for dipping.
