Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add softened cream cheese to the cooked sausage and stir until well combined.

  5. Spoon the sausage and cream cheese mixture over the layer of hashbrowns evenly.
  6. Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until frothy.
