Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the sausage links according to package instructions, about 10-12 minutes over medium heat until browned. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Flatten each slice of sandwich bread with a rolling pin to about half its thickness, then place a sausage link at one end and roll tightly.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth; set aside.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Cook the roll-ups seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
