Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil. Cook the tortellini for about 3-5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak and sear for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk, simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  6. Add sliced steak and tortellini back into the skillet, gently toss in the sauce for about 2 minutes.
