  • 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk Can substitute with vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari/Soy Sauce Use reduced sodium for gluten-free or coconut aminos for soy-free
For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Pasta Any type, gluten-free if necessary
For Garnish
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Use both white and green parts

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Peel and finely chop garlic. Slice green onions, separating the white parts from the green.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add water and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the white parts of the green onions and continue sautéing for about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and tamari, stirring well to combine. Heat for about 1 minute.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently with the sauce. Add green onion tops as garnish.
