Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken with the spice mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Rest the chicken before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Sauté minced garlic, add heavy cream, and let it simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Boil water, add noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Make the Spicy Broth: Sauté garlic in sesame oil, add chicken broth and soy sauce, simmer, then mix in the creamy garlic sauce.
