  • 1 cup Pasta such as Ditalini
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Cooking Steps

  4. Incorporate the reserved mushroom water, broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then add pasta and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper before serving.
