  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil for drizzling at the end

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop garlic and ginger, and slice cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Add sliced cabbage and toss with beef, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the mixture, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and fold in chopped green onions before serving.
