Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll out your pizza dough to about 12 inches in thickness, and transfer it to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Shred or chop your cooked chicken and toss it with BBQ sauce until coated.
  4. Spread BBQ sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Distribute the BBQ chicken mixture and sliced red onions evenly across the pizza, then top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before slicing and serving.
