  2. Portion out the mixture into about 20 equally sized meatballs, similar to golf balls. Place on a baking sheet, ensuring they don't touch.
  3. In a large skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet, cooking for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
