Preparation Steps

  3. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture, coating them evenly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped garlic, and lime juice until smooth to create the aioli.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp in tortillas, drizzling with aioli, and sprinkling with cilantro.
