Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden brown, then transfer to a plate to drain grease.
  2. In the same skillet, cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through, then cool and dice.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, and crumbled bacon. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
