Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate skillet, cook 4 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove bacon and chop into pieces. Add chopped bacon to the cooked chicken along with 1/4 cup of ranch dressing.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Assemble sandwiches by layering shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on the buns.
  7. Spoon the chicken-bacon-ranch mixture over the veggies and top with the other half of the bun.
