Preparation Steps
- Soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic until smooth and well-combined.
- Cut the chicken tenderloins into 1 1/2-inch chunks and add them to your marinade.
- Preheat your oven to medium broil (around 450°F or 232°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven under the broiler and cook the chicken skewers for 25-30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
- Prepare the tomatillo avocado ranch sauce in a blender by combining the remaining ranch dressing, cilantro, poblano pepper, avocado, tomatillo, and lime juice, then blend until smooth.
- Once the chicken skewers are fully cooked, let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
