For the Tomatillo Avocado Ranch Sauce
  • 1 cup Cilantro Parsley can be used for milder flavor.
  • 1 large Poblano Pepper Substitute with bell pepper for milder taste.
  • 1 medium Avocado Ensure it's ripe for best results.
  • 2 medium Tomatillo Green tomato can be substituted if needed.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Lemon juice is a great alternative.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Cut the chicken tenderloins into 1 1/2-inch chunks and add them to your marinade.
  4. Preheat your oven to medium broil (around 450°F or 232°C).
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven under the broiler and cook the chicken skewers for 25-30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
  7. Prepare the tomatillo avocado ranch sauce in a blender by combining the remaining ranch dressing, cilantro, poblano pepper, avocado, tomatillo, and lime juice, then blend until smooth.
  8. Once the chicken skewers are fully cooked, let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
