Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding browning.
  4. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes until warmed through.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and add crumbled feta cheese, gently tossing to combine.
  7. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice for freshness.
  8. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve warm.
