Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, melted butter, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the split English muffins cut sides up on a baking sheet.
  4. Evenly distribute the crab mixture onto the cut sides of each muffin half.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each muffin half.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
