Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Arrange on the rack.
  4. Bake the chicken for approximately 35 minutes until the juices run clear.
