Preparation
  1. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a breadcrumb mixture. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in the skillet and pan-fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Then mix in chicken broth and heavy cream and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, garnish, and serve.
