  • 1 Eggs or vegan egg substitute if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust based on preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper fresh cracked pepper preferred

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Using about two tablespoons of the mixture for each meatball, form uniform-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Serve with marinara sauce or herbed olive oil over pasta.
