Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and optional sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest.
  4. Lay out tortillas. Slice chicken and place in the center with shredded carrots, cucumber, cabbage, and cilantro. Drizzle with peanut sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice each wrap diagonally and serve with lime wedges and extra sauce.
