Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Chop your mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with the chicken, mixing everything together.
  4. Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables out on a large sheet pan in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. While baking, combine Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, and chopped herbs in a small bowl until smooth.
  7. In the last 5 minutes of baking, warm the pitas in the oven.
