Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 7-8 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  2. With the skillet still on medium heat, add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk to the skillet. Stir vigorously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually sprinkle in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses while continuously stirring for about 2-3 minutes until everything is beautifully combined.
  5. Season your mixture with paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir well and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
  6. Gently fold the crumbled crispy bacon into the cheesy mixture and allow it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Transfer your dip to a serving dish, and enjoy it warm with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or your favorite crackers.
