- Add diced avocado, chopped pistachios, fresh dill, chives, and crumbled feta to the bowl with cucumbers. Gently toss until well mixed.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey. Add minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully emulsified.
