Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheeses, smoked brisket, jalapeño, beer, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to about 4 inches wide without overworking the dough.
  4. Spoon two tablespoons of the brisket filling into the center of each biscuit and seal edges tightly.
  5. Place filled biscuits seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Melt butter, add minced garlic and parsley, and stir to create garlic butter.
