- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mash 3-4 overripe bananas until fairly smooth, then add 2 lightly beaten eggs and a splash of vanilla extract.
- Melt 1/3 cup of butter and allow it to cool, then stir it into the banana mixture.
- Mix in 1 cup of sourdough starter until combined, making sure there are no lumps.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1.5 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup white sugar.
