For the Sangria Base
  • 2 cups Crushed Ice Used to chill the mixture.
  • 4 pieces Fresh Peaches Sliced into thin wedges.
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Can be swapped with strawberries or blueberries.
  • 2 tablespoons Palm Sugar Can substitute with brown sugar.
  • 3 cups Crisp White Wine Such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
For the Fizzy Finish
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne or Prosecco For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling water.
  • to taste Mint Leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Mixing Instructions
  1. Add crushed ice to a large pitcher.
  2. Slice fresh peaches and add to the pitcher along with raspberries.
  3. Sprinkle palm sugar over the fruits.
  4. Pour white wine into the pitcher and stir gently.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill.
  6. Before serving, add the champagne or prosecco.
  7. Serve in wine glasses garnished with mint and fruit.
