Step-by-Step Instructions for Spiced Christmas Margarita
  1. Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Rim by mixing coarse sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with a tangerine slice and dip it into the sugar mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Combine pomegranate juice, tangerine juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously with ice for about 15 seconds until cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice.
  5. Optional: Top off with a splash of ginger beer.
