  • 1 Egg for egg wash

  • 2 cups Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the puff pastry until pliable and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  2. Sauté the spinach in a medium skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Drain and mix with crumbled feta cheese in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the pastry into a rectangle, spread the spinach-feta mixture over one half, cut into strips, and twist each strip.
  4. Whisk an egg and brush each twist with egg wash. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
