- Thaw the puff pastry until pliable and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Sauté the spinach in a medium skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Drain and mix with crumbled feta cheese in a bowl.
- Roll out the pastry into a rectangle, spread the spinach-feta mixture over one half, cut into strips, and twist each strip.
- Whisk an egg and brush each twist with egg wash. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
