- Thaw puff pastry until pliable, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out on a floured surface.
- Sauté spinach over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Drain and mix with feta cheese.
- Roll out pastry into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread spinach-feta mixture over half. Cut into 1-inch strips and twist.
