- Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or pot. In a large measuring cup, add the strawberry jello powder and carefully pour the boiling water over it. Stir together with a whisk until the jello is fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in 1 cup of red berry vodka and stir gently for about 30 seconds until thoroughly combined.
- Fill 2-ounce shot glasses with the jello-vodka mixture, about ¾ full, and aim for a clean pour.
- Transfer the filled baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours until set.
- Once set, place one candy eyeball on top of each jello shot just before serving.
