- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbly. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes.

- Fold in the thawed and squeezed dry frozen spinach, then season with salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika.
