Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté 4 minced garlic cloves for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add 1 pound of diced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Fold the drained noodles into the skillet with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. If using, add vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender yet vibrant.
